Is the language a problem with the owners?
No we have a fluent speaking consultant who is English, available to help with any queries whilst in Sicily.

Is a breakage deposit payable?
A locally paid deposit is required for each property. It is payable in Euros or travellers cheques to the owners/agent at the handover of the keys on arrival. It is repaid at the end of your stay.

How much does it cost to go out for a meal?
Away from the main tourist areas a pizzeria meal for two can cost as little 15 euros including wine! Fantastic value.

When do I need to pay for the property?
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of the booking followed by a payment of the balance 6 weeks before the scheduled rental period.

Is car hire recommended?
To discover the island to it’s full, it is worthwhile hiring a car for at least part of your holiday.

How do I find my accommodation?
If required a collection service can be organised although most owners will meet you at an easily found meeting point and then take you to the property.

What time are the keys available?
This depends upon the property but normally 4pm on the day of arrival with 10am departure on the final day. However some flexibility can be agreed with prior warning.
