Holidays to Fondachello, Sicily

Fondachello is a very popular summer beach resort with plenty of restaurants, bars and pizzerias. There are small supermarkets and summer shops. It has a very long road leading out of it that has numerous public beaches which are free.

There are many lidos where shaded parking, sun loungers, umbrellas, showers and cafes can be found at various prices. Along this road there are ice cream parlours, snack bars - everything catering for the holiday maker.

Both scooter and car hire is available. In August Fondachello is extremely lively, as all of the Italians and Sicilians like to come here for the cool clear sea waters and pebbled beach.

On the sea road is a downstairs café/ice cream bar and an upstairs restaurant called Al Pescatore. This is very popular with the locals and can get very busy but the ice cream is wonderful. The restaurant specialises in seafood and has many courses to choose from.
