This very characteristic town is about 15 mins drive from the coast. It gives rise to spectacular views down to miles of coastline and also wonderful views of Mount Etna to the rear. The town is becoming famous for it's wine production with Mick Hucknall of Simply Red owning a vinyard here. There are some excellent restaurants and bars that serve quality food all day long.

The original house dates back several hundred years and was totally refurbished about 5 years ago. The main living room is a good size and has a dining area with large table. The focal point of the room is a lovely open fire, ideal for those winter breaks. A kitchen with fridge,oven etc is also on the ground floor. A good sized bedroom is also available on the ground floor. A staircase leads up to the first floor with characteristic double bedroom, twin bedroom and a small bathroom. The bedrooms have air conditioning which also acts as heating in the winter months.
