Situated in Via Etna, Riposto, a few hundred metres walk from the sea and the tourist port of Etna, supermarket and shops 50 metres distant, play park for children nearby and close to the Giarre-Riposto railway station and the Circumetnea small guage railway line that goes round the foot of Etna. Also near the main lava cobble stone main road of Corso Italia which stretches from Giarre through Riposto and down to the Tourist Port of Riposto.

It has 7 rooms: 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single), a large lounge/dining room with three-piece suite and sofa-bed, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and shower fitting, the other a shower room which leads out into the laundry room on the balcony). Fully furnished. The kitchen is tastefully decorated and equipped with cooker (electric oven and gas rings), dishwasher and fridge-freeezer. The kitchen table seats 6 comfortably and extends out for 8 people or more; French windows lead on to the back balcony where there is also a table and chairs. The apartment is airy with large French windows and a surrounding balcony which looks up to Etna on the front (road side part of the balcony) and also has a glimpse of the sea.

Facilities are: central heating (radiators), Satellite TV, radio, CD cassette players, DVD/DVX with Home Theatre system, safe, alarm system, emergency light, large wardrobes (including a large built-in wardrobe in the spacious corridor) and baby cot. There is no air-conditioning at the moment but the apartment is well-ventilated and it is a comfortable temperature even in the hot summer months!

Small pets are allowed. Driver is available (also English -speaking) for airport transfer and excursions.
